We do not offer refunds for our data lists.  Please make sure all of your questions are answered prior to making a purchase as all sales are final.  If you would like to see a sample file, please request that on the site so you can see exactly what we will be providing you with your order.

We take pride in offering data at an affordable price.  We can do this mostly because we are an online business with low overhead.  We purchase this data at a much higher price than what we resell it for, but we do this many times over and over which helps us keep the lowest prices on the market!

We only update the data once per year, the last update was in October 2023.  By doing this we are able to keep our prices lower than most of our competitors, many of our competitors rarely or never update their data.

Once you complete the online checkout process, we make the files available to you for download immediately.

All of our real estate agent lists are provided to you in a csv file.  A csv file can be opened by using Microsoft Excel or similar programs.  A csv file is also very easily imported directly into email software systems, CRM's, Auto Dialer, etc.  

We source all of  our data from multiple sources such as Yelp, Linkedin, MLS, State Licensing Boards, Associations, and other public directories.

Prior to us loading the data onto the website and making it available for sale, we run every email address through a 3rd party email verifier system.  These systems are used to verify that an email address is valid.

Yes, our pricing is already marked so low, we consider it a discount.  But, if you are looking for more than 3 states, you can get the entire USA Real Estate Agent dDatabase for only $495, this is less than $10 per state!

We update our Real Estate Agent List every year.  The last update was in October 2023.
